He needs to marked obviously, but assigning one player to the job means that he will pull the defence out of shape and one of his colleagues will score. It's not like it's a Jedinak/Fellaini situation, where the marked player needs to be matched physically; any of our defenders should be up to the job. We just can't let him have loads of space.

I still have nightmares about last season's home game. We were abysmal and their goal was horrific. I hope Hennesey's lack of confidence and communication doesn't haunt us once more.

Can't get too tight to a player that will spin in behind or turn your 6'2" centre-backs. Best to deal with him by stopping passes into him, that comes from a well-drilled midfield forcing the opponents to pass out wide instead of through the lines.

They should be more afraid of Benteke than we are of Defoe!
