Hennessey is not alone in his much talked about weakness. That 'virus' infects and runs through the whole team but it just shows up more in him because he is a goalie. Hypnotise the lot of them into believing they are unbeatable. Can't see any other way we are going to avoid the inevitable if we don't.

They were drawing alot of matches and beating the team's below them not getting hammered 4-0 at home to relegation rivals

There is only one blessing that we can take from Saturday and that is that Sunderland only got three points. I still think we will do enough to stay up, but we are running out of time and whereas the others around us are starting to make a decent fist of it, we are looking distinctly Villa-esque. Certainly no-one is going to do it for us, but whilst it is still in our hands I am a believer.

Perhaps the vast majority of pundits etc are saying we are doomed now will actually get the players to realise staying up is not something Sam can deliver without some serious grafting from them. We seem totally shot at home so let's hope we can spring a few surprises away.
