Leicester are in the mire and will want to appoint a manager who they believe they can stave off relegation. Do you really think they are interested in Pardew who had a dastardly 2016 and who left us when we were 17th, the exact position Leicester are in today ? Do you really think that they believe he will be the man to revive their fortunes ?

Pleeeease let this happen The same Pardew who took over a relegation bound Palace, who were second from bottom and finished tenth. Long term he might be questionable but in terms of impact he has quite a history

He didn't come to us on the back of a horrendous year with hardly any wins.Accordingly his 'Star' then was shining a bit more than it is today ! Edited by Willo (25 Feb 2017 11.12pm)

Maybe Parish has some clause in Pardew's dismissal that he cant join a EPL rival for a stipulated time period? (Just a thought before anyone jumps down my throat !!)

Perhaps SP has arranged a special form of "house arrest" for AP - who has to be seen at all Sutton United games for a certain period.

I would have thought he'd have a clause saying he should do exactly that. I have a Rangers fan here who was terrified he'd end up there.
