Seems the real reason is two penalty misses. Now if he missed them on purpose people would have a point, but he didn't, so lighten up. He is our player after all.

I think Townsend was right to have a shot,with all the defenders crowded around Benteke the chances of picking him out were pretty slim.

Got no problems with Benteke and Townsend squaring up.
they can put their handbags away and discuss it on the training ground.

At least they care.
