..to Selhurst Park for the game vs Burnley. My wife, my daughter and me. My dream is that this match will finally make us safe. Should be a noisy evening if so. Anyone up for a beer before the match? And where?

I'm in Australia otherwise I'd be glad to meet for a pint. Have a great match - I hope you Norwegians are lucky!

I am making my first trip to Selhurst Park for the Burnely match as well. 3 of my good buddies are taking me to London for my 50th? I would love some good suggestions for pubs Saturday. Schedule is cleared for the afternoon to visit several pubs..

Suggestions are: The Cherry Tree, nextdoor to Norwood Junction station. The Two Brewers or The Cronx (google) The Clifton Arms,...right next door to Se;hurst Park

just to add that 'Crystal Palace' train station is nowhere near Selhurst. Make sure of your travel plans

Schedule is cleared for the afternoon to visit several pubs.. May I suggest an early pub lunch in Crystal Palace itself - the club's original home - and just a mile and a half away from the ground before grabbing a quick pint in a pub much nearer to Selhurst Park before kick off. It's just that the eateries there are a helluvalot nicer than those around the club.
