Three clean sheets - three wins!
Six months ago we couldn't buy such results.
Maybe not scoring many now but we currently not loosing many either! Just be happy at that.
Well done Sam(s) - and team - keep it up.

Come on Saturday was a dire match that had 0-0 written all over. I'm glad we won, but we far from playing attractive football. It's effective and what we need. We didn't register a shot on target on Saturday.

Actually,it seemed to me we were playing against 4 centre halfs who defended in the style of Leeds in the 70's but I felt we did manage some decent stuff despite Wilf ,Cabaye etc being knocked about.

Did you just have an argument with yourself over 2 paragraphs? ;-)

It doesn't look pretty against Watford but the team have to get used to playing this way because what doesn't look pretty against the bottom clubs, will look ruddy amazing against Chelsea/United/Arsenal.

If we'd of run ragged over Watford we may have looked delightful but then as per the norm under Pardew, we may have not been able to force it over the line and then in the 90th minute Deeney gets a ball over the top and taps it in.

We've taken 9 from 9 and the way we are winning ugly suggests we could get between 1 and 4 points from Chelsea/United/Arsenal. I think it would have been a nailed on 0 with the old regime.
