There will always be a refugee crisis. They will just get bigger in the future. The answer cannot be to keep accepting them, that will just not be sustainable.

Suffering in the world is tragic and hard to watch but their suffering will become ours sooner than you think as world population grows.

I don't think we necessarily need to accept them, but we do have to find a meaningful way to contributing to resolving the problem - ideally before people just start turning up on our or our neighbours doorstep.

We also need to be concerned about trafficking into the UK and sexual exploitation in and of different ethnic groups in the UK (including whites).

I have no idea what tangent you've gone off on here. I'm talking about some, notably this one.

What I'm saying is here you have a guy who had previously been sent to prison for twice slashing people with knives, in a short period of time, before becoming a 'Muslim'. Who also had a history with the NF and football hooliganism. His wife left him for being violent and controlling.

Sooner or later people like this either end up killing someone, killing themselves, trying to kill someone and going to prison or in psychiatric care.

That's what I'm saying, people like this, are a threat regardless of their beliefs.

And yes, Islamist Terrorism like IS appeals to these people, how can it not. It glorifies violence and is basically graphic violence p*** to people like this, as well as giving them a reason.

But given he'd stabbed at least two people and had a history of committing violent assault and domestic violence (and during this stage he was a 'Christian') I'd say, that he was always going to be a problem for society.

Violent people do violence.

My 'tangent' is that discussing the individual mental state of people is an aside. Society creates disturbed and anti social people. That is not in dispute. There are loads of them in and out of prison and hospital.
We have a particular problem with one religion and those who adopt a radical version of that religion.
That should be the focus of our attempts to neutralise the threat.
You seem to be saying that a guy like the latest terrorist should be treated as a statistic along with all the other violent criminals and that is it. You are totally underplaying the role that Radical Islam has played in all of the attacks in recent months. Most violent criminals don't drive their cars at dozens of people and then try and raid the Houses of Parliament. Most criminals don't invade a church and cut the throat of a priest. Most violent criminals don't blow themselves up in restaurants. This is a very specific problem with a very specific source. The mental state of the recruits, lone wolf or otherwise is a given. No one does stuff like that unless they are psychologically challenged.

The IRA failed did they?

I don't actually think they did and neither do they.

Violence resulted in them gaining power....They hit London and our bottle went.

They play the long game, slowly move the catholics in and....there you go.

I'd say that a lack of funding towards mental health services and social care due to Osborne's failed (his words) austerity agenda has a lot more to do with the crime being committed than mp's would admit.

Too right.Mental health support services decimated in recent years;result, loads of potentially unstable people becoming full fledged unstable due to the cuts in that sector...a crying shame and a scandal.

And this is your answer to tackling Islamic fundamentalist inspired attacks?

I think it's you Lefties who need therapy.

No it's not you complete numpty. Once again you take a simple valid point, extrapolate it to a ridiculous degree then accuse the original poster of positibg the thing you've just completely made up.

Why not just argue the f***ing point.

By apologist, we are not saying that the left are actually apologising for Islamic inspired attacks. We are highlighting the fact that the left plays down such attacks (more killed by the flu etc) and attempts to distance the attacks from their Islamic roots (nothing whatsoever to do with Islam etc). At the same time, practically any other attack is portrayed as the rise of Fascism.

Your recent post concerning 'Adrian':
"So has anyone else come to the conclusion that the murderer was an unhinged nutter who just happens to be Muslim."

Compare that to your response to the murder of Jo Cox last year:
"Jo Cox death: Alleged killer Tommy Mair 'bought gun-making manual from far-right neo-Nazi group'
Documents suggest Mair had recorded links to National Alliance. You say fascism has zero chance becoming mainstream; does Farage’s poster the other day not mirror Nazi propaganda? Doesn't the fact that we are seeing more us and them type stuff from newspapers show fascistic tendencies?"

"Britain First and other Infidels are advocating violence talking about taking things to the 'next level ' and threatening Labour MP's. Whether Mair is unhinged or not, ideas are not formed in a vacuum.
I don't know about you, but I find it uncomfortable that extreme right wing ideas are leading to murder of MP's."

Some have said the crime wasn't political, but according to press reports Mair told police he was a 'political activist' as he was arrested a mile from the scene, the prosecution said.'I think there's a good chance that his links with hard right wing ideology alongside photos of Mair (if it was him) behind a Britain First banner shows him to be racist. Although we all like the idea of free speech, should Britain First and their ilk be outlawed because of incitement to racial hatred?"

"No I am showing that the murder of Jo Cox is the result of a worrying rise of right wing fascism in this country brought about in part by vilification of foreigners."

So it would appear that you did not consider Mair to be 'an unhinged nutter' who just happened to have extreme right wing views. Why the inconsistency comrade?

He says why in the first paragraph.

What word would you suggest?
