Fabulous and gritty performance from the team yesterday. Also, good to see masses of folks out and about proudly exhibiting their Palace shirts as I drove home through Sutton, Croydon, Beckenham and Bromley last night! Where's me shirt?

That game reminded me of that wonderful film Zulu with Michael Caine. Wave after wave of attacks repelled, nevertheless my old ticker won't stand many more like that especially the ten added minutes.

I just had a text from a friend comparing Saturday's victory to Zulu. Chelsea kept coming at us time and time again. Through the 101 minute game I thought it was never going to end. Can't believe we managed to hold out.
