Very proud to say I was also at both. Wow old do I feel!

Was in the Holmesdale for the Burnley game and can remember stewards on megaphones asking people to move forward as supporters still outside trying to get in. Fabulous memories

Curly eagles dad, 45 years of Palace. Never ever a dull moment, Oh Happy Days

One of my biggest memories of that night, was the incredible view of the swaying sea of heads in the holmesdale, something people actually in the holmesdale obviously wouldn't have seen!!

What I always remembered from that day was reading the Sunday Papers & no one gave us a hope, all except Tony Adams in the Sunday Mirror.

I was quite young for the Burnley game and thought it would be a good idea to take a lump of turf home, I kept it on a saucer in my bedroom but it died pretty quick obviously.

Never stop to bring tears of joy back...Alan P's surprising winner, but it was also our ex-manager who gave away the ball for Liverpool's 1st goal. Never learned, did he....thinking about defending, what defending?

I was present at the game. Witnessed a fan urinating on the Holmesdale Terrace as he simply could not get to the toilets due to the sheer volume of people. Disgusting but understandable.

Mark Bright's equaliser in that game is still my favourite Palace goal of all time.

I can understand that, not the greatest goal we've ever scored, but all of a sudden we knew we had a chance!!

Wonderful memories! Embracing strangers all around me! Plus a wonderful Eagle Eye cover - The planned cup-final (Man Utd v Liverpool) has been cancelled!

You were also at Villa Park for the Liverpool game! We went together in my car, I'm sure you remember it well. What an amazing day.

That season I was in the Kop with my brother-in-law (Red supporter) for the 9-0 thumping!!!! it made it all worth being a Palace supporter going to Villa Park for the FA cup match. Palace is NEVER a boring team to support.
