I knew at half time we'd win. I caught one of the T-Shirts the Crystals threw in to the crowd and that never happens so it was obvious that it was going to be a special night. Super Geoff Thomas on the front too. Top night all round really

The morning after and it's still kinda hard to believe. Yesterday's performance was 'top 4 class' from every player in the famous red and blue. What's happened to Hennessy? He pulled off some great catches and a fine save too. Back 4 were brilliant, midfield stunning, Wilf and Andros just ran their hearts out, Big Ben up front won everything in the air (even when he was defending).
And what can I say about our manager? Sorry Sam, I really wasn't sure when you joined, but humble pie now eaten ... total star manager, turned round a dodgy situation and we now have a team who play as a single unit with everyone pulling their weight, and more.
Final note. Let's hear it for our local lad. Punch has made a huge difference as captain.
Other final point. A big shout out for our noisy, banner waving, black clothed rabble. Huge respect all round.
In 56 years of supporting Palace that has to rank as one of the best performances I've watched.

Oh yes, and one final final point. Without our brilliant chairperson and board we would never have had the opportunity of seeing this. Many many thanks for making an old woman very happy.

Only Chelsie, Spuds and Man. City have more points from their last 10 games. Top 4 form from Sam and the lads.

I had real reservations about Kelly.

However, he played really well. Really well. Confident, comfortable and was a menace in their box.

Never a pen clear dive but we deserve this game anyway and the bad ref we have had this season about time we got something

Watch the replays - nicks the ball away from the keeper and gets caught. Definite pen.

An incredible night - an amazing and well deserved result and an atmosphere that I haven't experienced since Liverpool 3-3!
One of the best performances I have seen from a Palace team because everyone played well and everyone played their part.
Long gone are the days when we couldn't last the whole 90 minutes - these players are fitter under Sam.
What a night!

Was worried about Townsend lasting as he ran his socks off in the first half - though his levels would dip towards the end - but he, and the rest of the team, were fantastic.

The important thing is to keep our heads and get results against the lesser teams we still have to play.

Do you mean 'Lesser' or 'Leicester'?
