Big Sam obviously has some very good scouts.

He has brought in players that were never on the Palace radar before and wow, what a difference they have made.

He kept telling us they would need a few weeks to settle in - and the buzz they have created both in the team and around the ground is amazing.

I was watching the players reaction after the game and you could tell that Sam's number one priority of bring his squad together as a whole unit is really working.

As many have said, his coaching staff also deserve sooooo much credit. Sammy Lee is another fantastic signing! I sit just behind him and honestly, the guy must be ADHD. He does not stop barking instructions, tweaking tactics and he has also really come alive the last few weeks.
