When Theresa May does it, it doesn't even seem to make the other news outlets in *this* country let alone overseas.

I don't see how Trump banning media outlets he doesn't like from press conferences is a 'scandal'. He isn't doing anything illegal and they are perfectly free to publish what they want. While Trump deserves a fair amount of the criticism he gets it's also true that some of it is pretty harsh and over the top.

I have socialist relatives with a modest house for the area that's worth a fair few quid and I'll find out their opinion on this maybe soon, only they're gradually moving to socialist Spain as an in-law is Spanish so will be mixing and taking in the culture. May will still win the election by 10 lengths. Far too many Tories that feel the country's finances need sensible management.

I think this policy is inevitable but before it I'd cut off most healthcare for obese people after 3 years of GP registering obesity level or after 3 years of last NHS visit if they 'couldn't be &reed.' Unless legitimate psychological reasons for obesity can be proven, no more draining the NHS. I'm more worried about the in laws giving up their house to pay for care to be honest. But yes, like many others, I may miss out on an inheritance. This policy is not going down well. Which is good, as having heard responses across the broadcast media, it's going to make a lot of people not vote Tory. Funny that people on here have complained about inheritance tax, (which affects a tiny proportion of people) but seem happy with what is being labelled by some commentators as a death tax.
