Annual driving tests for over 70's. Motorway driving to be part of the driving test. Compulsory national service for minimum of 6 months to be taken before the age of 19. Bi-annual fitness tests for police officers. The ones who don't meet set targets get put on reduced duties and reduced pay until they meet the targets. Chemical castration for rapists and paedophiles. Bring back capital punishment. Reduce foreign aid and redistribute to the NHS.

I'd vote for this. Should add that a quick win for reduction of foreign aid is stop foreign aid for countries that are wealthy enough to have things such as a space programme. Edited by Part Time James (10 May 2017 1.59pm)

We also send Afghanistan hundreds of millions as well, unbelievable.

I do get tired of explaining that aid is effectively tied to projects and undertakings. For example, the UK gave 15m in aid to Turkey as part of a clean water program, which results in Thames Water UK getting a number of contracts relating to water which was worth around 5bn to Thames Water UK over a 15 year contract. That's generally how aid works. We give defence aid to say Saudi Arabia, and then they place orders with British Defence firms for kit.
