Is that because we're considered safe now or because the BBC has forgotten we exist again? If it were a TalkSh*te thing it'd definitely be the latter.

I reckon Swansea can reach 40 points,so we really need all three against Burnley before we run out of defenders.

You're not safe until the points declare otherwise, even with goal difference on your side, because if you lose four games, and another team wins four games, then you're looking at a significant shift.

Granted to make up a 21 point difference is very difficult, but it only takes one 5-0 thrashing to swing the shift - And we did manage to be 4-0 at half time to arguably the worse team in the league.

Burnley lost Barton. Good. lets beat them and then we can start planning our transfer window early. Nab some good players before lower teams can make them an offer.

Eze Peasy at Anfield....

"All" it takes is for Hull (Southampton) and Swansea (Man United) to win away tomorrow. At least 1 p against Burnley is essential....

The most comforting thing about that list is that it shows that 4 teams need to score more points than us between now and the end of the season. (I'm discounting boro and s'land)
1 team is very likley, but all 4?

Man U are now missing Zlatan, Pogba, Rojo, and Fellaini.

Swansea played against a truly feeble effort at home on Saturday and going to Old Trafford with European football still up for grabs will be an entirely different matter. United will exterminate them.

Then even if Burnley manage a draw at Selhurst we will be home and hosed. And even if we lose against Spurs and Burnley a hell of a lot else has to happen before we are back in bother.

Chelsea 1 Palace 2
Palace 3 Arsenal 0
Liverpool 1 Palace 2

Not exactly relegation form, is it?

So much pant-wetting on here we could open our own Chinese laundry.

When did Arsenal get their goal chalked off? 3 - 1

Point taken Jamie but since that 0-4 thrashing by the nearly relegated Sunderland we are a different team.

I think we are all but safe.no side has been relegated on 38 points for 11 years in the prem.
