"Obvious troll" - You are totally wrong on that score as well.
You are making a habit of making ridiculous and incorrect allegations.

As for my "Importance" you clearly haven't read a lot of my posts where I have specifically stated that I am far more deprecation than self-importance and even questioned my cerebral capacity.

Anyway, let's get back to CPFC v Burnley and NOT derail this thread with such contretemps. Many thanks.

People blaming the ref, and understandbly so for the Wilf goal, but there were plenty other decisions that he got wrong (for both teams).

But I am yet to see anyone really curse our woeful performance. Every single player was under par, maybe except Martin Kelly who I felt was unfortunate to be playing alongside a very poor Delaney.

For me, what I took from the game was that under Sam we are most likely going to struggle when teams come to Selhurst, and play like we do, when we face teams that are technically better than us. As soon as a team park the bus, 2 banks of four and are resilient, narrow and disciplined - we'll struggle.

I don't think its all down to Sam, we have obviously had a tight schedule of games, but so has everyone this season. I think it may be another piece of evidence that shows we NEED A CREATIVE NUMBER 10, to unlock teams that come to Selhurst and park the bus.

Hull will be interesting, lose that and we've got a lot of work to do over the summer, with regards to how we play when we have the ball.

Cabaye could of made some difference yesterday and like Sakho was a blow him not playing. Was it fatigue ? If so rest him up until Hull and let him loose then. If the Citeh game starts to slip I would bring off a number of critical players to rest up as well. We are going to have to nail a result then.

Yesterday's game vs. Burnley threw up so much frustration: three games within six days as opposed to Burnley's one. Palace's injuries continue to grow to worryingly high numbers and in key positions. Standard of refereeing was also pretty dire. Burnley played Palace at their own game with tactics that I wouldn't be surprised to see Hull likewise adopt.

As long as Palace can literally limp over the finish line avoiding relegation, then there will be scope to refresh; regroup and prepare in earnest for next season in top flight (Would like to see clear out of non-contributing players so as to invest in final full team selection with greater depth for all forms of the game)

True, but "refreshing" is a whole lot harder when you finish in a lowly position and, however you slice it, season upon season our finishing position is on the slide.

Swansea have to play Man U *and* Everton and even if they won both of those we'd still be two points from "big trouble". And that's if we get nothing from the last three games.

Writing in hindsight after Swansea drew at MU. Wouldn't be surprised if Swansea escape. Their last 3 are against Everton (difficult, but not impossible) Sunderland and WBA (who are in crap form). 7 - 9 points not out of the question.
Hull have Sunderland, us and Spurs. Therefore our game against Hull is crucial presuming they bear Sunderland and we lose at City then 1 point in it. Can't afford to lose to Hull under any circumstances! No more Burnley or Sunderland performances please!

Having just seen City nearly get turned over by Middlesborough I wouldn't assume that's a nailed-on defeat at all. They couldn't deal with Traore for fifteen minutes, so they're going to have problems with Wilf for ninety.
