Appiah - shame I liked but injury has crippled his career.
Cabaye - Although we should try and keep but if a good offer came along (i.e. 10mil +) I would go for it.
Campbell - I would actually try and keep if we don't bring any strikers. If we bring in some striker competition then let go.
Chung - yep get rid - peripheral at best
Delaney - luv the guy - maybe retire to coaching staff?
Flamini - no real impact. bought for name only.
Fryers - We now have at least 2/3 better left sided players.
Hennessey - keep. We probably need a young understudy
Ledley - A position I think we can improve on. But if Cabaye goes then keep. If Cabaye stays then Ledley should go.
Mandanda - get rid. I think he wants to go.
Mutch - get rid
Remy -Thanks but no thanks. Too injury prone.
Sakho - PLEASE BUY !
SAKO - If Kaikai is up for it then I'd get rid if not then keep for one more year.
Williams - I think the time is up and perhaps best for both parties if he moves on.
ZAHA - PLEASE KEEP !

We'll need a GK (back-up) CB, RB Cover (why did we get rid of Mariappa??) Central Midfield (if we get rid of Cabaye) and if Zaha goes then we'll be needing a replacment and I think we need a back up striker.

I ought to add though, I'd like to see us sign replacements before shipping all of these. Not asking for expensive replacements per se, if we are only looking to upgrade the squad depth, but no point shipping all those players if we just sign equally pants players.

We need another centre half anyway though, at which point Delaney will be fifth choice, and at times he was dreadful this season.

Any idea when club will be announcing who they are releasing? Noe our EPL status is confirmed must be fairly soon.

Largely who we release will be in relation to their contracts. It is the wages that are the crippling factor and not the fees. Players won't move unless they get a better offer. The wages are so high that fringe players will be happy to sit tight. I thought we did well in the last summer transfer under Pards as all the signings had real potential including Mandanda. Think we will do the same and bring in 4-5 new quality players with a few more leaving but not a major off load.
