I really, really hope they go in for Bumfluff. It'd be hilarious. See on Saturday he scored his first goàl in two years for a relegated team in a match already lost and he carried on as if he'd won the World Cup. He'd be ideal for Seaweed. Edited by chateauferret (15 May 2017 9.33am)

No more than a load of Palace fans on this forum are pre occupied with them. Just look at the number of references to NSC there are on this forum so quite a few of ours seem to spend as much time on their forum as they do on here.

Oh I know mate, I wasn't having a dig. I just think that you're right, our football is what will do the talking, but fans will discuss all nature of things on the forum too. Before each game, regardless of opponent, we all make predictions, talk like we're in charge etc etc then for a week after a game we analyse it to the Nth degree. And fans of football clubs everywhere do the same, it's standard. There's a bit more focus on teams we have a rivalry with or ones that are generally hated by neutrals but I'd like to think all the conjecture is largely contained within the fanbase and only a few rogue nosy people from other clubs ever see each others' discussion. I know when I poke fun or Brighton (or whoever) on here, it's more about venting a bit. It's never posted because I'm hopeful one of their fans will come and have a gander and it'll ruin their day. Well actually, that does sound tasty now I think about it, but it genuinely isn't my goal. I don't suppose it's anyone's.
