Pickford massively overrated imho. If he wasn't young and English he'd get nowhere near the love he does. Decent keeper but it's easy to look good in a s***e defensive side.

We need a goalie if Mandanda isn't there next season. I think Hennessy is good enough for the way Big Sam plays football + he now gets a lot of protection.
I would take Huddlestone as back up to Mili as he is our 1st choice starter in that position.

I think we need a RB. Kelly should be kept as he is decent back up and can play CB. Hopefully we can get Sahko for about 16m or another season loan and I think the defensive 6 are well covered.

Attacking wise, it all depends on if Bent goes. Zaha and Townsend need competition, so if that's giving Kaikai some matches, great, otherwise we need a bit of depth on the wings.
I like Cabaye but the 2 in front of Mili needs to be improved if we want to be top 10.
I love Mac, but he's a box to box player that should be back up. I can't think of any players but I really like Lanzini/Kouyate from West Ham. I think if we added players similar to them into the first team and had decent players as back up for Mili and the wings we won't be anywhere near relegation next season.

I think Huddlestone could be a good squad player for us. Always thought he has a calming influence on the ball and would offer us a better range of passing to hopefully release Zaha and Townsend much earlier than we do on counter attacks.
Was quite glad to see him only on the bench at the weekend.

I rate grosicki from hull as a back up winger. Fairly quick , good delivery. but schlupp is a winger really so prob not needed. huddlestone and Defoe are good players. All the rest are average or positions we don't need
