Think it may be time to rid the squad of the Welsh contingency.

Caught napping on the ball, but if that was reason to drop someone then Puncheon would have gone months ago! Re Sunderland away, Ledley's mistake was caused by Steeeeve's poor/rushed distribution. Having said that, Ledley isn't good enough any more, is out of contract and probably on his way back to Cardiff.

He supported Cardiff from the terraces and his family are Cardiff supporters.

I'm not digging out Sam at all but Ledley hasn't really been given a chance under him. He was poor under Pardew in a side that had got so used to losing.

I'm not saying he should be given a chance. He's not a bad player and in a championship side I think he would be fairly useful. He's just not Prem standard in my opinion.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Im afraid if we are to keep an ageing centre half I think it should be Damo. JL is one of the long list of B players who will be shipped out this summer.

Personally rather keep him than Flamini and would have thought he'd do a decent job as a third choice back up in DM but I guess big sam will know the best answer.

Maybe he'll let them both go...

And who will we find as a replacement who is an upgrade on Ledley but who will be happy to warm the bench unless someone ahead in the queue is injured

Give Jonny Williams a spot in the 25 plus bring in a starter midfielder, McArthur will be on the bench and Williams the squad backup.

Johnny Williams has started one league game for Ipswich all season and 7 sub appearances. Really can't see him getting a look in, he has had another injury hit season which is a shame as injury has no doubt curtailed his development.

Since January neither Ledley nor Flamini have had a look in so it won't change the look of the matchday 18 much anyway. 5-8 of the squads in most PL teams barely get an appearance, you just need these players for times of injury crises.

Poor Johnny is forever injury plagued and extremely unlucky.
Time for him to move on as well.
