This post has been merged from a topic called 'David Wagner..' by Guntrisoft Think if Wagner did move to another club in the Prem might well be Soton which was just mentioned on Radio 5 Live. Don't think that final has improved the credentials of Staam to be honest. Team showed a complete lack of ambition to win the game. Looked like Hull against us. Whilst there is obviously a huge amount at stake, same can be said, if not more so in a relegation dogfight in the Prem. Oh, don't tell me he's the sort who writes nutty whining letters to everyone about everything he doesn't like and who thinks he can tell them all the answers? I had to spend two years managing an office that did nothing but answer such letters and at the end of it I was chewing my arms off with frustration. Willo is BFF with SP so it's unlikely SP would do something Willo disapproved of. Willo has sat next to hundreds of Palace dignitaries down the years. We are blessed to have his insights.

All I will is that he took over a team which finished 17th last season, took them up to 3rd this season and they only just missed out on returning to the PL.Probably spent under £6 Mill on transfers which isn't a great deal at this level.Really don't know if he will still be with them for next season but some are thinking he is ambitious and might leave.

Stam has had one or two horrible performances lately including one involving seven goals being shipped and that makes me a bit nervous about him. Would still prefer him to Monk though. Yes they lost 7-1 at Norwich but responded by winning 4 of their next 5 games.

No, he lost. As above. People need to realise we are better than this. Keep saying names of Championship managers with no prem experience, can't even get their current side out of the second tier. We should be aiming higher or we're asking for another relegation scrap.
