Strangely this time I'm more with Silva but I think Dyche has a proven record with a lesser quality squad and he style is Palace. I can see him fancying it as well, he would have a top half squad and money to spend.

We just had an ex-England manager with a 100% record in international games so need to keep at that kind of level. Michael Laudrup, please. Much prefer dyche to silva. If we were relegated (hope not) , dyche has got Burnley promoted twice.
