In fact, relegation is a curiosity over here because we don't have it and probably never will. All the league matches are available here which means the attraction of the so-called big clubs is lessened. To pay them more than the rest of the league is a total nonsense. The casual US supporter wants to see a variety and not the same old sides every week. I believe next season there will interest in BAHAFC and the play-off winner and their matches will be featured on NBCSN/CNBC at least early on. Over here neutrals like to watch Palace because of the colourful atmosphere. Mainly, American viewers who don't have an allegiance to a particular team want to see a variety.
