Thanks to a few of you who have replied with helpful links and information which could help me which is what I was looking for. There are a few people here who I know in real life the rest of you I don't which means to a degree people can be objective. Everyone on Facebook know me some are my family or neighbours and I don't actually need them making comments, assumptions about me or judging what I write so I am more private on there about what is going on at the moment.
When I was a young girl my Mother said to me.. You listen here kid you're CPFC |

Hi Ive had 2 major surgeries in my life: I had facial reconstructive surgery and my Appendix removed after it burst and both time while recovering I had problems with feeling very low for a couple of weeks after. My doctor told me its a side effect of the anaesthetic. A quick google search will show lots of people with the same problem. I went back to work 2 weeks after my appendix burst and this was a big mistake as I really struggled feeling low (though I was doing teacher training at the time)
