In terms of Wickham, sadly we cannot rely on him to play a succession of games due to his injury woes.

Regards the likes of Kaikai and others who have been on the 'fringe', perhaps if we are 'Comfortable' and not in any real danger of relegation some of these players could be introduced to give them PL experience and for the manager to see how they fare.

His season will be the last 2 games then. Even Jules didn't get his customary 2 league matches this season.

Presumably the numbers mentioned by Parish don't include for replacements of players leaving. We will have Wickham back but we will need at least a replacement and upgrade if Campbell goes. Parish also mentioned Kaikai, it sounded as if he expected him to get more of a look in next season. But we need a minimum one other up front I think.

LOL Wickham the man who is always injured and come on look at his career record he is poor when it comes to goal scoring if anything he is only in Prem because he is too soft to play in leagues below.

We got scammed big time with the deal for him they saw us coming

Is that the same Sam who thought that Schlupp would make a good centre back?

Sam was a great manager for us, but always someone who wants to grasp at something to be negative over.

We need a centre back, goalkeeper, attacking midfielder and a right back (maybe a back up striker)

Why not read my response in relation to the original quote rather than just posting like a dick

I apologize as I was wrong as it was an inspired move to play Schlupp as a centre Back. Worked out well didn't it?

I'd take Tammy Abraham and Nathan Ake

In my humble estimation we definitely need to strengthen in this area.If Benteke gets injured we really are in the 'Merde'.Wickham is always injured and Campbell isn't up to the job.

Maybe we will appoint a manager who plays with 2 strikers in which case any acquisition won't be as 'Backup' but one to play alongside Benteke.

Definitely need a GK to replace Mandanda but also give Hennessey a bit of competition.
I think this is the same case for Ward at RB as well, he needs some competition like we do at LB already.
I think a CM to cement the midfield with Milivojevic and have the chance to alternate in cups etc and also a backup striker who we could grab someone on loan like Remy but not an injury proner.
