My 'Raison d'etre' on here is NOT to 'Raise hackles' at all - it is others who respond with absolute twaddle and a fiesty exchange occurs - before you know it a WILLO thread ensues. At the end of the day, all I did was try and make a positive contribution about what I heard about Chambers and what I had seen when I have seen him play and somehow the 'Thread' turned into a tedious WILLO thread. My 'Raison d'etre' on here is NOT to 'Raise hackles' at all - it is others who respond with absolute twaddle and a fiesty exchange occurs - before you know it a WILLO thread ensues.

At the end of the day, all I did was try and make a positive contribution about what I heard about Chambers and what I had seen when I have seen him play and somehow the 'Thread' turned into a tedious WILLO thread. Ridiculous.

I agree...i liked the look of him when he broke into the Southampton team, before Arsenal came and got him.

TBF most full backs would've played on either side at some stage, but he came to prominence as a Center Back when he broke into the Saints side. TBF most full backs would've played on either side at some stage, but he came to prominence as a Center Back when he broke into the Saints side. Still only 22/23 as well so great age to get someone with that experience.
