Ahh, so it's my fault for reading your posts and not yours for continually posting bollocks.

You should be in politics with that sort of cundish thinking.

So are you trying to censor me for my views?

Or a really polite guy according to his neighbour..
Neighbour Khadijeh Sherizi said: "I saw him on the news and I thought 'oh my God' that is my neighbour.

"He has been so normal. He was in his kitchen yesterday afternoon singing with his kids.

"He was the dad of the family. He has kids. He lives next door. He seemed polite and pleasant to me. I just can't believe it."

It's almost like there's 2 sides to the story Nick...

He ran over loads of innocent people. I don't really care how polite he was. He's a c***.

Yep. I thought it was unusual for a paper th use such a quote.

I'm inclined to think that a bloke who lives in Wales who hired a van to drive to London to deliberately run over people outside a mosque is a c*** though.

It doesn't help that some of. the media keep conflating thefact thathate preacher Hamza was there years ago, despite being ousted by the current lot in charge of the mosque. I've heard Finsbury Park mosque has won awards for their work in the wider community.

Now he is yes. You'll struggle to find anyone who disagrees on here.
The article was saying that one of his neighbours said he's always been a c*** whereas his other neighbour said he'd always been polite to her.

So are you making a point or are you just on here to nitpick with all the others?

There seems to be a lot of angry/weird posts on here lately.
Is it too hot? Lack of a new manager?
Or is it just HOL points scoring season?

Nothing. I'm fine thank you. I agree with you.

Your response of 'Yes I know' came across as barbed.

If only! Tony Blair opened the floodgates on this designed destruction on national sovereignty through forced mass migration of the most fascist, anti-multicultural, anti-sexual-diversity, anti-woman, anti-diversity, anti-Western, male dominated (male-tyrannised) religions of all time: 'ISLAM', and most of Britain's political leaders on both sides of politics have aided and abetted this treasonous activity. These are the REAL enemies. They want to further divide this country so they can conquer it with their globalist agenda. The Finsbury attack is disgusting and reprehensible, just as IRA attacks were, but completely understandable based on their social settings. THIS own however, is more contrived. Yes, charge these criminals with treason and give them their due punishment.

The statute of treason in no way covers this, and nor should it, plus it would absolutely undermine the concept of treason (and paradoxically people tend to spend less time in prison for Treason than they do for terrorist offences).

Realistically to commit treason, as a civilian, you have to be at war, directly targeting the sovereign or provide material support that would threaten UK sovereignty. You also have to be a UK citizen. Its a very murky law for getting a successful prosecution for someone who doesn't work in government or the military (as there is no requirement to assume loyalty to the Queen).

Plus the common misconception is that treason carries a death penalty, it doesn't. The UK abolished capital punishment for all crimes, and whilst I few remained on the statute book that could carry a capital offence (arson in a naval dockyard) these laws had themselves effectively been abolished or replaced by other laws - meaning they'd never be brought as charges anyway.

So prior to 1998, you could be hanged for certain treasonous offences, famously Arson in a Navel dockyard - but you couldn't be charged with the offence.
