What a load of rubbish. Realistically we looking at a 2nd or 3rd choice striker. If FDB philosophy to be believed , then he favours a 433 formation, so we only need 3 strikers. Benteke 1st choice , ??? 2nd choice and wickham 3rd choice. As we will only name 1 in the starting 11. I personally think we could do with that pacey striker. I'd look to Liverpool and try to persuade Danny ings to Palace or even divock Origi.

I thought Sakho was class on the ball. Probably the best ball playing CB I have seen in a palace shirt. The reason Liverpool don't want him is because Klopp doesn't like him and has too big an ego to step down from the row.

Sakho may be good, but he is not the only decent central defender on the planet. Spurs were interested but Liverpool do not want to sell to a rival. Favourites to get him are Roma and they'll pay less than £30m to get him too.
