Hope he lasts the full 3 years, plus numerous renewals (as that would imply progress and success) But this being Palace I'll go for January 2018

If he serves the full 3 years he'll be the first manager to do so since Coppell. And not even a recent Coppell stint. I'm talking about the first one back in 1993 :/

I think he will serve the full 3 year term, get a further 2 year contract extension after we win the FA cup and help the government out with the brexit negotiations in his spare time.
