Agreed.

obviously i hoped im proved wrong. but i just dont see this style of play suiting our players. it just looks like square pegs in round holes again. both holloway and mildew tried a more expansive style, and we all know how that worked out. possession football is also a snooze fest.

4 years; By which time he would have recruited all the dutch national team to play for Palace.
He would only leave to become the national coach of the Netherlands, then proceed to select the whole of Palace team to go to the world cup handing the reigns over to Marc Overmars to continue Palaces new identity as the Dutch's national side in training.

We would now be known as OranjEagles.
an Orange stripe added to the traditional Red n blue, which would make eveyones eyes hurt.

Agree with those thinking he'll be here for two full seasons and then leave on good terms to a bigger club.

Obviously hope it's longer but if it's two good years then he'll be leaving us much stronger.

his win record will dictate his longevity! probably as long as xmas 2017 if we do not invest in class defenders!

Well two signed so far so hopefully that'll help keep the mob at bay.

I get the feeling some don't want FDB here because he isn't English or British.

One season.

We'll do well this season and he'll go somewhere bigger next summer.

He's gonna be gone before mid October I reckon now. Out of his depth and we just haven't got the players to fulfil his fantasy football.

Inclined to agree as no experience in the Premiership, which is a concern and he has gone for revolution rather than evolution.
Hope we are proven wrong and perhaps a few more signings(+ Sahko ??) will do the trick.

Oh, definitely. Firstly, possession stats are the most misleading and pointless stats of them all and secondly, the most exciting football I've seen at Selhurst was Wright running like a 100m sprinter onto the ball and slamming it into the net.

I hope not but my suspicions after seeing his and Parish's interviews after Frank signed hint of deviating away from plans and sense. We'll see.
