Evolution not revolution, as Tony Hayers said on I'm Alan Partridge.

You have to be physical in this league because Huddersfield who bullied us today. Hes brought in Jairo who has been playing 'soft' football in Holland and who may find the toughness of the Prem too much. Too many more of these types and we will be dead and buried

The only way we will get rid of him is if we get hammered at Liverpool and lose at home to Swansea. Even then 3 games in it's unlikely Parish will make a change. Look how long we went without a win under Pardew and nothing happened.
