Bexley Eagle Total madness to buy a potentially disruptive influence or someone high maintenance for £20 mil. Just bonkers. Mstrobez Whatever the circumstances, I agree with everyone saying loan with buy option is the best way to go.. 20 Million would be an absolutely huge risk and an absurd amount to just spend on a player who looks shaky every time he plays, did well in Europa league last season and as I've said there is definitely a player there but has a lot of work to do and looks shaky everytime the ball comes to him in the games I've watched.. IMO we need something a lot more reliable if we're to spend that type of money in the predicament we're in Matteo Any team paying 20 million for a center back is in the wrong. Gyro1780 – ( this one is just for a laugh) He won't be £20m in the summer. January's prices are always higher. I'm guessing will be somewhere around £12m-£15m

Still hopeful!! Guess Klopp won't be double ashamed after Liverpool's 4th straight home deafeat to Palace (our second PL game) with Sakho in our defence. Deal concluded end of August - then we get 2 players in 1 (he is that good and respected in Eagles camp)...

Wow, lot of time and effort to say most people didn't think it was a good move. You have way too much time on your hands.
