No, it isn't. Fundamentalism indicates very strict personal attachment to a set of irreducible beliefs within a religious context. That's our Jacob and he is not pretending he is something he is not to give him his due respect. You are though with him.

Ha...swap the 'religious' for anything else and that definition makes fundamentalists of most of us.

You just ignore all the weaknessness of your position and focus on religion.

But you don't have to be religious to be against abortion.

well, duh, yeah. Scrutiny of his strict religious beliefs, and his adherence to it whilst being an MP, being incompatible with his actual role is my position. No weakness there. Or if there is you haven't highlighted any or even come close to it.

As it stands, in his head, only his own via Rome. Very democratic.

You said he should act in parliament in line with his constituents views rather than his own religious views. Which of his constituents should he follow and which of their views should he conform to?

I don't persecute religion if it doesn't persecute others. This abortion position could be and is held by some atheists....you bringing up this religious aspect is off.

Khan's a Muslim who has banned attractively attired women on tube advertisements. That's in line with the attitudes in his religion.

What Khan is doing affects those who disagree with him. Mogg's vote is just for himself.

Perhaps your problem is that you attack people when they are honest.

Just another of his original weak points.

Blimey. It's not conforming it's representing. That is his role. This is CSE level me having to tell you that.

A secular Muslim whose actions weirdly correlate to doctrine in this area.....cover up ladies.

How quaint.

Are you saying the only people who have been concerned with heroin-chic and overly skinny models and body-shaming antics by ad agencies to help sell products must be religious?

Also, where did you get this, 'he doesn't have a religion' stuff..... While Khan may be secular (you obviously can be secular and be religious) his Wiki page says he is a practising Muslim. A Muslim who observes the fast during Ramadan.

So he does have a religion and he has enacted a policy onto others that correlates to his faith.

Yet you Kermy....you are on here attacking Mogg over his single vote on abortion.

Very weak.

Nope.

But pretty much most practicing Muslims are against models with little clothing selling stuff....the command for women to dress modesty in a demand of their book.

One politician who is honest and has one vote....and another dishonest politician whose decision affected everyone....and guess which one Kermit supports.

Explain why he voted in favour of gay marriage in 2013 then? This should be good

btw you celebrate Xmas. Doesn't mean you are a rabid Christian, does it?

Try harder.
