Wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't happen. Stoke were apparently dithering with the fee, refusing the extra £2m that Porto wanted so this might kick them up the backside.

Not only MS but this might see Dann move on now. I could always see us signing two CB because of the injury history we had last year. Tomkins could shine this year but does pick up lots of injuries.

I think martins Indi has more prem experience than j'wald from Ajax. He wasn't that impressive at selhurst but if memory serves me right he played LB.

Everton have signed Keane but have got Williams and Jagielka who are into their 30s.Funes Mori is also there but he wasn't a Koeman signing and don't know what the manager thinks of him - I know Gary Neville thinks there is always a mistake in him !

According to Stoke fans he was by far there best defender last season. I watched him a few times and he looked a proper defender to me. He plays 37 other games during a season. I still think we should sign Riedewald for that type of money. Ideal type of back up.
