Now he has said he is going to deport over a million illegals starting next week. Meanwhile the DHS and ICE know nothing about it.

Hundreds of thousands of them are gainfully employed honest members of society who work in construction, hospitals, stores, coffee shops. Just removing them is ridiculous. Its a dog whistle to his moronic base who lap it up.

The markets are about confidence and Trump....whether you like him or not....is perceived as market friendly and hence the rubbish spoken about Trump's economic success somehow being Obama's is nonsense.

He said he would re-negotiate bad trade deals the Democrats signed the US up to and his has......Investment is coming back into America along with jobs.

I'll repeat what was said before Trump came in.....The Deomcrat's predicted economic disaster......not Trump still doing far better economically than Obama three years later.....because Obama?

In principal you make points which appear logical and fair.

They are not realistic though.

If you remove all illegal immigrants from the States the fruit picking industry will collapse, and the construction industry will be severely affected.

Regarding seasonal fruit picking native born Americans have largely shown they do not want to do that type of work. Moreover if the farmer has to pay more wages the cost of goods will go up for the end user, no one wants that.

Hundreds of thousands of these people have had kids born in the US who are American citizens. What happens to their kids when the parents are deported?

Its not so easy to fix this issue. Its a dog whistle for Trump's base.

At this stage there should be a pathway to citizenship for worthy candidates and sure - toughen up the border and stop more illegal migration in the future, but a multi billion dollar wall is not going to do that.

If a kid was brought here illegally by his parents as a 3 year old, built a life, served the country, pays taxes, has a family, is a model citizen, you are going to rip him out of his house, away from his kids destroying his family and send him to Mexico?
