I'm sure I saw Ledley saying that he was considering a couple of offers from abroad towards the end of his time with us. He wasn't specific about where, or how concrete the offers were, but he said he felt the slower more technical game would be up his street.

I thought he did very well for Wales in the European championships last summer, and was surprised by how totally he disappeared for us thereafter.

Good luck to him though. He played his part in us staying up and seems a good sort.

If any scouts were at the games he played in last season they'd have seen f*** all. He did a great impression of the invisible man.

He's a bit limited in where he can go due to his oft-stated desire only to play for clubs whose name begins with a 'C' (Cardiff, Celtic and Crystal Palace).

So expect him to fetch up at either Celta Vigo, Charlton or Columbus Crew.
