Morning All, Has anyone received their eagles gold membership? I'm still waiting for my sons and, after calling the club shop this morning, I found out that they have only finished dispatching the memberships recently as they were "inundated" and that I must allow up to two weeks for delivery. This seems to happen every single year and I think its very unfair considering the first match of the season is tomorrow and my son is desperate to wear the new shirt. No communication from the club advising of any delay either. Highly unsatisfactory. I requested to be put through to the memberships team and was advised that they do not accept phone calls. I then asked for customers services and, guess what, they don't take phone calls either! I thought we were a premiership club but i'm receiving non league service! Anyone else having issues?!
