I'll be honest, we look a little fragile, especially down the flanks. Andros has been a massive threat in pre-season so his not starting is a blow; hopefully Loftus-Cheek does as well out wide as he did through the centre vs Schalke.

Sometimes, you have to try something different. Last year we all lost our fingernails, and I have grown mine back!

Today's team looks strong, a good blend of youth and experience and could do very well.

Good to see Mili and Ward in side and in position. Fosu-Mensah should be improvement at the back. Townsend on bench is a question but RLC has been lively. If @CPFC tweet is accurate, it's a 3-4-2-1.

Looks like a strong line up. Huddersfield also have a lot of new faces so they're not going to be that well gelled at this stage of the season.

Just last year? What about the previous two seasons as well. 18 wins in 57 home games is nowhere near good enough. Hopefully we'll see some improvement this year.

Bbc have a bizarre 433 line up with ward as rb van anholt on the other side , loftus cheek left midfield a tfm up front...

BBC also had us away to Ipswich in EFL Cup. Auntie is having a lot of bloomers.
