Hennessy- could do much with goals but FDB wants him to play out but the crowd want him to smash up field 5
Ward - shocking first touch, too slow over run too many times 3
Fosu- Mensah-pacey but looks too raw 5
Dann- poor in possession 4
Riedewald- good for 10mins after that just hoofed 4
PVA - worse set pieces ever seen, couldn't beat first man 2
Puncheon- dithers in possession 3
Luka- terrible 1 hauled of at h/t
Zaha - quiet 5
Benteke- had good chance fluffed it 3
RLC - best player in red and blue 6.5
Townsend- overrun it too many times 4
Left when it was 3-0.

I think Fosu-Mensah had a lot of decent moments mainly because he was charging around covering for other defenders' f***-ups

RLC definitely an 8.. if only the players around him had helped.. ward played like he was in league 2, I don't understand why he wasn't taken off..
I still believe in the team and the manager though. Only the first game.. Takes a few games for a squad to adapt to a new tactics, it was the same with allardyce and his run turned out well. We need to be a bit patient and supportive, rather than negative. I was not impressed with the boos at half time :/
