I can't believe they didn't get a kicking on Remembrance Day. I don't condone violence generally but that was testing my resolve.

I don't really support demonstrations of any kind. But if you were to demonstrate against Islamic extremism you could do it at mosques that preach support of extremist Islam and with counter-demonstrations at Islamic demonstrations held to support extremist Islam. You could also demonstrate by the various stalls set up in the likes of Birmingham when I last visited that peddle Islamic extremist literature. This is where I was coming from. It's a common thing to be anti Isis, the government and security forces are doing a fair job so the public have no beef with them on the issue.

Have there been any pro Isis demonstrations in the UK to counter demonstrate against?

Several, a big one in London in December 2016 of over 1,000 'believers'.
This idea that the left are itching to demonstrate against extremist Islam but can't think of the means of doing it is ludicrous. Do they sit around in their committees sighing, "If only we could think of a way to demonstrate our opposition to extremist Islam".
