I'm all for keeping this guy to see if he proves a lot of us wrong. Hopefully he will and this formation or a similar one together with the type of football he wants to play starts to work for us. However, I have serious doubts that we can play the way he wants with the squad we have or in fact in the premiership playing his way against anyone? I still don't understand how any team can start a season so unprepared as we have looked so far? If it ain't broke, don't change it!

Give FDB a ten year contract and let him do the job , tell Rafa to do one . At some point we need to put our trust in someone to do a long term job or we will be just bouncing around the bottom for ever .

Cascarino says de boer will not last. Sam Allardyce isn't walking through that door if things get bad, i believe Parish has "burned the boats" and will see this out no matter what happens.
