I was in Block V last Saturday immediately behind the new Disabled Area which runs virtually the who length of the Arthur. Looks as though three rows of seats have gone to make room for it. The spaces in front of me for wheelchairs were not being used but some cheeky people plonked themselves down on the seats provided for the carers of the disabled supporters. As the game was so awful, I amused myself by watching Stewards attempting to get them out of the seats, some were not prepared to do so without an argument and another who gave a poor version of a limp as he finally got up and walked away. I foresee more fun and games of a similar nature as the Season progresses.

We are season ticket holders (of over 20 years) sitting in the front row of block V and are very unhappy about the new disabled area.
The wheelchair users sit higher in their chairs than a person in a conventional seat so we can no longer see the pitch without continually standing up. As we are on the centre line of the pitch we can no longer see either goal area at all.
Whilst we appreciate that Palace were required to increase the capacity of the disabled area they seem completely either unaware or uncaring of the fact that we can no longer see the game.

Same block as me and I didn't even notice they were there, but I guess that might be because I never sit down though..
