Yeah, our 15 goal striker from last year would be banished to the reserves for failing to score in 2 games. I can't deny he scored valuable goals last season, and may do this season, but for a 30 million pound player he is very one dimensional. Yes, great in the air but does little else of any great note.

1.) Joel Ward CANNOT play RWB/RM and needs to be replaced and or sold. 2.) If we want the BEST outta Luka Milivojevic we NEED to sign Mamadou Sakho. Somehow someway there is a communication breakdown between Scott Dann and Luka they do not gel well together and that has been proven not only against Huddersfield but Liverpool today. 3.) Puncheon needs to be dropped from the starting XI. RLC and Luka link well together. 4.) We need a Goalkeeper. Yes Hennessey made 13 saves many of which were of the variety that should've been saved. He also gave away possession by kicking it deep so many times today and that's a HUGE problem in the Dutch system. 5.) With Wilf out we need reinforcements outta on the Wing especially on the Left Side because we were toothless today in the attack. 6.) We need to sign another Striker/Center Forward to help Tekkers out and provide cover for him as well. Edited by BigNasty12 (19 Aug 2017 7.01pm)

we learnt that FDB can learn and was taught a lesson by Hudders. we may have beaten Liverpool at home for 3 years running but we could have lost all of them comfortably and nobody would have been outraged.

We've survived the PL with worse squads than we currently have and there is simply NO WAY we're signing this many players in two weeks. Be realistic

That wasn't 3-4-3 it was more like 4-5-1 with ward and PVA playing so deep it meant that RLC and Townsend had to drop deeper which isolated Benteke. im all for us playing possession football i just don't think we should be playing 3-4-3 as we don't have the all around quality within the team.

2.) We are not signing Sakho people need to give it up with this already Liverpool are hardt to deal with they set a price which we will not pay and I agree 30m is way too much also how do you know Dann and Mila can not work together it has only been two games it does take time remember Dann was injured last season when he ame in so they didn't have much time together. 3.) Spot on Punch has shown for few season now he is not good enough I do not care if he is a good captain that is no excuse for putting subpar player in the team 4.) Yes we do but I would say other positions are more important so he might be alright for another season not many options out there to replace him with. 5.) I do not see this being a problem and Wilf missing wouldn't really of changed the game that much 6.) Need someone completing with him not just cover also benteke only plays one way which is not great need another option someone who is willing to run (shame we didn't try going for J Hernandez well worth the money and proven)

The fact that he put Scott Dann up front is a positive IMO. Demonstrates a bit of pragmatism.
