It's not fair to say Trump supports fascists. He has explicitly condemned them. You are just ignoring what you choose and highlighting what you want to highlight.

It is true that he is soft focused on the far right because he knows they vote for him and that everyone on the left hates him and never will.....it's like how he treats the religious republicans.....he isn't religious but he keeps them happy. They will vote for him.

But saying Trump supports the far right.....no, he has condemned all violence. Did Obama condemn black lives matter when its supporters murdered Police....or did he condemn the violence.

I see double standards with Trump all the time....both from him and about him.

Of course they'd also never vote democrat either. The problem for the republicans, is that they also want to win over moderate and middle of the roads Democratic voters.

Which people 'going soft' on neo-Nazis isn't going to do. Its also going to hit the donor and the corporate 'masters' as well - In the end it'll be the Republicans that kill the Trump presidency, not the democrats.

As with the Obamacare Repeal, it was McCain who f**ked that, along with other Republicans, not the democrats.

The problem is that people have a perception of the Republicans that's based on their extreme fringes, that really doesn't gell with the mainstream of the party (who aren't fervently anti-issues, but interested in economics and growth etc).

I'm somewhat more concerned because the non-Islamic fascists seem to be able to operate with relative impunity in the US, have supporters in the White House and support across the US political spectrum. As such I can to some tiny extent.

Where as IS etc don't have any support in the UK or US government, and are regarded as targets for military action - their supporters are under secret service, police and intelligence agency investigations etc.

I'm fairly certain we're doing all we can to deal with that threat. When the president is saying there are good people on the side of the Islamist extremists it might be another matter.

You try to make out that non-Islamic fascists are more, or the same level, of a threat in the USA than Islamic fascists. Yet in this century Islamic fascists have killed over 3,000 people there whereas non-Islamic fascists have killed 48.

I think the republicans would love to get rid of Trump. It means they would have Pence....For me, I'm not seeing an upgrade...just a lot less comedy.

I hear what you are saying but I don't see the Republicans getting rid of Trump easily or very willingly.....they will always have selective deafness on Trump because they know how the base would react....but they are internally very critical as they have always been on Trump.

Things aren't good with Trump....he's got a complete bunker mentality and I imagine he's murder to work with. But things are still early and he might get more organised.

But If he were to be convinced to pack it in I imagine it would be after the next major vote in 2018.....If it looked like they pushed Trump before that they would get caned by their own base....But come the presidential elections they would have a two year run up to it.

The Left's obsession with Nazis is blinding them to the real threat to Western culture and European people.

What about comparing incidents of non Islamic / Islamic terrorist attacks?

Well, I think it's rather that they don't want a 'western culture' but rather they want a 'world culture'.

My personal view is that it's basically Marxism.....now don't get me wrong...I like little bits of Marxism....but general it's a disaster because it thinks it can ignore human nature and mold it.....which is reality means force it into something better.

Like all systems that think like this....you just end up with a pile of bones.

But still...some of the principles of marxism are valid criticisms of capitalism.

They obviously haven't noticed that most of the world is a s*** hole.

Where those figures come from?

Primary school children are being given a book called "Moggy's Coming" to prepare them for the next terrorism attack. It has a school of mice being menaced by a large cat "Moggy's coming, we're in danger, run and hide and tell. Treat the hurt mice." I don't know whether the featured cat is an Egyptian breed or what it meows while attacking.

Not if you read the post. I pointed out that neo-nazis had killed less people, but commited at least twice as many attacks.

Of course the Neo-Nazis have killed less people, due to Islamic Terrorists killing 3200 odd people in one attack.

Its notable though that figures for the far right and extremists of their ilk don't include Timothy McVeigh either (around 148 )

Difference of course is that Islamist extremists in the US are underground, hunted domestically and internationally, where as the far right threat get to mount protests with firearms. The US is prepaired to violate national sovereignty to get an Islamist, as well as detain them without trial, apply torture etc etc.

Its the disconnect that's the problem.

Most domestic cats are middle eastern in origin.
