Here's hoping he does walk. Not getting what he wanted in the transfer market is just an excuse. He's badly underperforming with what he has so why should he be trusted in the transfer market?

It's an excuse that I haven't actually heard him make

Still believe his resignation was due to a lack of financial promises in the transfer market. No doubt he watched us play city away with Schlupp and Kelly at CB and thought to himself holy s***.

With Sakho, Dann and Tomkins all out injured it was his decision to play a left winger as a central defender so he can't blame anyone else if the experiment didn't work

One can only guess that perhaps Frank was the least inclined out of the candidates Parish spoke with to demand funds. We know his interest in giving youngsters a chance and this could've been where Parishs eyes lit up from a financial point of view (just fill the gaps in the squad with the academy). Just me adding 2+2 together though.

Same thoughts I had. Everyone on here went weak at the knees as well. Reality is a bit different to fantasy.

I would if I wer Frank de Boer. For everyone saying we should play a 4-4-2. Who is going to play alongside Benteke as the second striker in that formation? Seeing as how we only have ONE F***ING Striker. Let alone if he gets injured then we have NONE.

Yeah and if Benteke takes a knock we just wack on Lapado or if we have a good day today Niasse.... the lack of options this season really is dire, would genuinely rather Wilf leading the line than either of those 2.

We're the Arthur over ere!

That would do wonders for his potential future employment as a manager if he walked away. 85 days at Inter and then 3 games here with no points and no goals. Who would employ him after that?

Dutch clubs would probably be very interested given his 4 titles at Ajax.

Sounds ominous for FdB. Personally I think its better for Palace if he does get the chop. Hodgson is a safe pair of hands and would steady the ship.

I don't know what it is, but he just doesn't feel like the right fit for Palace. I was quite pleased and optimistic when he was first appointed, but now, even though it's only three games in, I wouldn't be sorry if he left. The players don't seem to be motivated at all under him, irrespective of the change of tactics.

And weirdly, were this to actually happen, I feel like the majority would get right behind Cwoydon Woy
