To be completely honest, the team (when fit) picks itself! On paper we are a mid table side but when you start experimenting and asking players do play a way which they aren't comfortable with suddenly we can be in a relegation dog fight.

Also, when playing 3-5-2, your wing backs become arguably the most important outfield players as they are key to attacking and also defending. We don't have a natural right wing back which causes huge problems!

We need to setup to frustrate teams and be able to go away from home and be tough to beat, grind results out.
