That may well have been the case that Sam and SP agreed not to offer the two of them new contracts although I wouldn't have used the word "obviously" as it may not have been the case. I would also dispute the fact that the majority of HOLers agreed with getting rid of them as my feeling is that the majority of HOLers wanted to upgrade Campbell which has patently not what has happened

he has missed fair few chances he did it in pre season as well ones you would expect 30+mil stiker to be putting away also he is not even getting in good positions hes wrong type of striker for this system need some one mobile we missed out on a few of these types that could of been had failry cheap

I think the player may not have wanted a bit part role at his age he may want a bit more of a starting role somewhere. I think if we had sam at the help his hundreds of contacts and knowledge of the game would probably have made this window a lot smoother. He knows the personel and knows how to play the game.
