I think it has to be carefully considered whether they should have jobs within certain areas. Police, Military, Prison Service, Race Relations board - etc. I don't think it really matters if they work for Court Service (as long as they're not a judge) or as even as an administrator in the police service.

Hell I'd say it would be ok for them to work as third party companies into the MOD or military - just not as servicemen.
