Wow. I hope the truth about what happened off the field between FdB/the board/the players does come out at some point. There has to be more to it than the results.

I heard 7 games is the record for a Premier League coach to be sacked, so we've obliterated that record.

We seem pretty good at records for all the negative things:
First team for donkey's years to lose four and score none
First team to sack manager in four games
Only team to let Burnley win away last season
First team to deploy defenders as forwards in the absence of any actual forwards

You missed out the one where we had the least points by any team in the football league during the early part of 2016 .

First team to spend £1 million on a teenager. That just so happened to be Bruce Dyer

Your surely not suggesting he wasn't worth it are you? His great song - Bruce, bruce, bruce, dyer was only matched by George, George, George, Ndah. Both striking legends back in the day.

Wasn't Nigel Martyn the first million pound keeper. That didn't turn out too bad.

Admission of abject Chairmanship, abject management, or a bit of both?

FdB really not helped by some Sunday League errors by individuals at both ends of the pitch.

Parish and the players are still here. They all need to have a serious think about WTF they are playing at.

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)

And wasn't Chris Armstrong the first English player to be banned for recreational drugs (smoking spliffs)?

Can't get past the absolute dross that de Boer has served up in the three games at Selhurst this season and whilst yesterday was an improvement we still lost to another one of the prem's so called lesser clubs.

The bar was so low that there has been an over-reaction to yesterday's improvement from many IMO.

Absolutely spot on Frank did not help himself but was certainly not supported properly by Parish and was most certainly let down by some really piss poor performances by the players. Errors against both Burnley and Swansea totally unacceptable at any level. Yesterday we would not have scored had we played in a f***ing brothel. Time for this overpaid squad to sit up and take a bloody good look at themselves.

I think there is middle ground between a year of underperformance and 4 games.

Listening to 5 live it seems the decision was taken before Burnley, so 3 games.

Sorry but I really believe Frank was the way forward, a chance to get us out of the mediocrity we've been in for so many years, I've been a fan since 1962 and don't relish another few seasons fighting relegation. I know it's not a popular view but I'd rather go down the exciting Pardew-
De Boer route and stand a chance of competing with the big boys than remain mediocre. I reckon we've got the players but we needed the patience.
Still, like the rest of us at the Palace I'll be behind the team and manager. COYP
