He's a bang average Chairman. Nothing lucky about those - They were exactly the right person for our club. Problem is neither wanted the job long term. I guess he has his reasons - FDB was probably the wrong man and whilst Saturday was good, it was still wtf is Lee even doing on the pitch, ahead of PVA or Mila. And it was another game, that three in a row in which we've actually played well and lost due to stupid mistakes (Liverpool - Mila Swansea - Kelly and Burnley - Lee).

Not a fan of Parish on a personal level but to be fair, we've achieved more under him and his board than at any other point in our history (with exception of our 3rd place finish). They've made mistakes but I don't think it's time to chuck the baby out with the bathwater. I'd rather have them than a Vincent Tan or Randy Lerner or even that group of t***s at Arsenal. Still, f***ing bizarre decision today and feels really disappointing. If we survive, it'll be yet another "next season we'll compete!" mentality. 67% of the club is owned by Yanks. We are not very far off at all from being like one of the clubs above. If Parish is the best we can do to run the club then we are definitely punching above our weight. He is out of his depth. Pure luck has seen us survive getting Pulis and Allardyce and they couldn't wait to get away.

No we weren't ! we were better than of late, but only because we went back to a back four, we still didn't score and with the exception of Danns absolute sitter, most were tamely hit towards the keeper or high wide and handsome. We also had PVA on the bench and he didn't get a look in, yet the 19 year old did ???? Wrong fit from the get go. as long as whoever comes in allows us to play the way we should we should avoid the drop, which we would have certainly not avoided if FDB had stayed.
back to 451 and we beat southampton, hopefully RLC will be fit and we can drop the largely sh1t Puncheon.
