Hodgson wouldn’t fit at any club trying to compete to win anything, and top 4 is like winning something since it’s so competitive and there is a prize in where you finish looking up rather than looking down.

He played cautiously at Liverpool and that’s not enough when you need to try and win 80% of your matches and then play with a bit more caution vs the top 6 sides.

His football can be really boring at times and when you know it’s not working, he won’t do anything that match so you’ll have to wait till next week or the week after when what he’s doing usually does work, and that’s why he’s our manager and I accept it, however frustrating it is. We may even go on runs later on in the season but it doesn’t excite for the most part. That’s how we’ve roughly been just above relegation until recently.

Think you'll find missing excellent opportunities after exciting attacks is the real reason we found ourselves struggling at the wrong half of the table.

Yes it can and will continue to be especially if the team you watch means nothing to you, I have never ever been bored watching Palace, I do get cross and frustrated but never bored, many of the top six sides when playing each other have unbelievably boring games where absolutely nothing happens ..nothing.

Liverpool fans hated Hodgson from the very first moment when he didn't mention a Liverpool manager or player as his most influential ..and then signing Cole (from Chelsea) made matters even worse.
Don't underestimate the influence supporters can have on people.

Roy is the best manager we could hope for at this present moment so I for one am delighted to have him.

People on hear saying we play boring football yet they want Dyche or Wagner to take charge. Makes me wonder what they watch every weekend

I would happily have Roy for the next 5 years.

Doing a shocking job after the strong position we were in when Frank got the push and the massive spend over the last three windows.

Still let’s harp on about England’s finest bottling in 2016 just like they did when we had the easiest route to the World Cup final ever last year.

We're about to get the double done on us by Brighton. It's not even that it's the rivalry, it's more that they're f***ing s***.

We're very unlikely to match our finish in the league from last season.

This isn't progress. Why are people happy with this?

Not just happy, but wanting Roy to stay on forever more.

I am going to openly say Hodgson OUT.

Roy is only a good manager half the time.

Only showing up 50% of the time is not acceptable.

Home form is totally unacceptable and it’s getting beyond a joke. Roy is clueless when we play at home.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

I don't understand how he can start Meyer away to Burnley. Yet not start him at home when he new we would have most of the ball . We may aswell have ten men with shluuup out there, Roy takes of Townsend!!!. This squad should be doing much better than it is!!!
